An opportunity exists within the NHS for a cleaner to ensure high standards of cleanliness in health facilities. The role includes responsible cleaning duties and offers full training to new hires. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, initiative, and be able to work effectively both independently and with a team.
As part of the role, you will be required to:
You will provide a vital role in maintaining a quality cleaning service to the Health Centre and adhering to NHS Cleaning Standards. You will be using approved working methods with equipment, cleaning materials, and work procedures for the following:
Ensuring high standards of cleaning of furniture, fixtures, and fittings in clinical and office areas. Previous cleaning experience is desirable; however, full training will be given.
You must be open and honest, able to work using your own initiative, and work well within a team.
You must have good communication skills, be receptive to feedback, and keen to learn.
Basic IT skills would be advantageous to complete competency and compliance training online.
