Kingfisher Court Care Home in Clifton, Nottingham, NG11, is seeking a Domestic Assistant to join our team and help maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across the home, including residents' private spaces.

• Adhere to the home’s cleaning schedules for daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning of communal areas and residents’ private accommodation
• Provide deep cleaning and preparation of bedrooms as required
• Manage cleaning supplies and notify the Home Manager or appropriate person when new supplies required
• Ensure the appropriate agent is used for each area to be cleaned
• Adhere to health and safety, COSHH, infection control policies and the disposal of waste policy

We are recruiting for a Domestic Assistant to join our team at Kingfisher Court Care Home, Clifton, NG11.

Our Home

Kingfisher Court, based in Clifton, Nottingham, is a purpose-built residential home with a warm, homely feel. We provide care and support for older adults, including those living with dementia. Our home offers bright, spacious communal areas and gardens with lovely views over a lake, and is supported by a kind, dedicated team who take real pride in the care they provide.

• Rate of Pay: £12.80 per hour
• Opportunities: 20 hours per week (temporary due to maternity cover)
• Schedule: We work on a rota basis including weekends and some bank holidays
• Location: Sturgeon Avenue, Clifton, Nottingham NG11 8HE. Please consider travel times, including on weekends, before applying

Responsibilities: You will work as part of a team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene within the care home, whilst ensuring a safe, comfortable environment.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
