Job summary

Care Concern Group's Amberley Care Home in Sale is seeking a Domestic Assistant to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

You will clean residents' rooms, bathrooms and communal areas, support laundry, and follow infection control and safety procedures, contributing to wellbeing and dignity. Weekend rotation applies. No formal experience required; a positive, reliable attitude and strong teamwork are valued, with training provided.

Job description

Our luxury care home is situated in the beautiful, historic town of Sale, offering Residential, Dementia & Respite care for 72-residents., As Domestic Assistant, you will play an essential role in creating a clean, safe and welcoming environment that supports wellbeing, dignity and comfort. This is a hands on role where your attention to detail and high standards will have a direct impact on daily life. You will be responsible for cleaning residents' rooms, bathrooms and communal areas, ensuring all spaces are maintained to a high standard of hygiene and presentation. You will also support laundry services, helping to ensure personal belongings are handled with care and returned correctly. Working closely with the wider team, you will follow infection control, health and safety and cleaning procedures, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and in line with required standards. Your role will contribute to a well organised, respectful and comfortable environment for everyone. The successful candidate will be required to work alternate weekends.
