Job summary

Healthcare Homes Holdings Limited is seeking a Domestic Assistant at Meadow House, Swaffham. The role covers a shift pattern with 7am–1pm or 9am–3pm on bank shifts to cover annual leave and sickness in a friendly care home setting.

You will help maintain a clean, safe environment for residents and ensure rooms are prepared for admissions, with full induction and ongoing training provided by the Healthcare Homes Academy.

Meadow House offers residential and nursing care to the Norfolk community. The facility also provides care for young people with disabilities and specialises in caring for individuals with multiple sclerosis. The home is entirely on the ground floor and has a very friendly atmosphere - where everyone is treated like family.

What would a typical day look like?

• Ensuring our residents rooms and communal areas remain clean and tidy
• Preparing vacant rooms for viewings and new admissions
• Stock control and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals
