St Helens Borough Council is recruiting a 20-hour Domestic Assistant at Kershaw Day Support Centre to assist the Cook and support older people in a residential setting.
The role covers kitchen duties, cleaning and laundry tasks, with hours 9:00am to 2:00pm, Monday to Friday. You will work as part of a friendly team in a values-led public service known for fair employment and progression opportunities.

We are recruiting to a 20-hour Domestic Assistant post at Kershaw Day Support Centre, where we provide person centered care and support to older people including those living with dementia, learning and physical disabilities.
The post will cover working in the main kitchen assisting the Cook and in the general areas of the building.
There will be a requirement to cover the Cook's post when they are absent from work.
The Centre is open Monday-Friday and you will be required to work 4 hours a day at times between 9.00am-2.00pm.
