Job summary

The Domestic Assistant role sits in the Delivery Frontline team at NHS Property Services, maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff. The role involves routine cleaning to a high standard, infection prevention, Health & Safety and COSHH compliance, ten hours a week across early morning shifts from 6am to 8am.

Applicants should have experience in cleaning, housekeeping or facilities work, and hold a Standard DBS check.

Job description

This Domestic Assistant post sits in the Delivery Frontline team at NHS Property Services, keeping a healthcare building clean and safe for patients and staff. The work is routine cleaning to a high standard, with infection prevention and control, Health & Safety and COSHH procedures followed throughout the site. Ten hours a week, spread across early weekday mornings from 6am to 8am, makes this a short part-time shift pattern. A Standard DBS check is required, and experience in cleaning, housekeeping or facilities work is sought.
