Bradford Children and Families Trust is seeking a Specialist Domestic Abuse Practitioner to support children, young people and families within the Family Help service in Bradford. You will deliver interventions, assessments and risk-reduction strategies to improve safety and outcomes.
You will work cross-agency with Social Care, Health, Education and Police, promoting trauma-informed practice and family-led solutions. A relevant professional qualification and CPD are essential.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a multi-agency family help team based in our family hubs. This role is to provide specialist domestic abuse expertise across Bradford Children and Families Trust's Family Help Service, supporting children, young people, and families to improve safety, reduce risk, and strengthen relationships. The post holder will work within Bradford's Family Help model, delivering intervention, whole-family support, and family-led solutions that reduce the impact of domestic abuse and improve outcomes for children.
