Job summary

Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Coordinator to lead a team delivering interventions for perpetrators of domestic abuse. You will drive a programme of behaviour change, reduce risk and improve outcomes for victims and families.

You will provide leadership, supervision and support to frontline staff, ensuring safe, consistent delivery in line with safeguarding and partnership working, within a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in safeguarding or domestic abuse interventions.
• Ability to manage complex multi-agency relationships.
• Strong commitment to safeguarding and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operational management for the Domestic Abuse Interventions Team.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with a wide range of agencies.
• Ensure high levels of quality standards and performance to achieve outcomes.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
