Job summary

Plexus is seeking a detail-oriented data/document control specialist to join our Livingston, UK team. You will manage the collection, creation, maintenance and control of customers' design data and associated documentation.

Your role includes integrity analysis, prioritising workload, and collaborating with other functions to ensure efficient system loading and accurate BOMs. You will work in a team-focused environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills.
• 1+ year of related experience preferred.
• Experience with documentation control is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer documentation and verify accuracy.
• Log the distribution of customer data to appropriate teams.
• Lead loading, formatting and verification of Bills of Material.
• Support Internal Engineering Change Notices and updates to docs.
• Ensure the completeness and quality of customer documentation.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between customer and internal documentation.
• Collaborate with other functions to ensure proper system loading.
