• Support analysis of customer documentation.
• Log distribution of customer data.
• Lead loading, formatting and verification and distribution of Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Support Internal Engineering Change Notices.
• Ensure completeness of customer documentation.
• Support component and process problem notification processes.
• Lead resolution of discrepancies between customer and internal documentation.
• Lead conflict identification and resolution of non-technical issues.
