Solution Search Limited - Civils & Rail is seeking a Document Controller to join a major civil engineering tender project based in Swindon. This urgent requirement aims to commence work ahead of January 2027.

You will manage documents, ensure version control, distribution, compliance and QA, and keep thorough records. Experience with project platforms such as InEight, Autodesk Construction Cloud, SharePoint, CEMAR and Themis is essential.

We are looking for a Document Controller to join a major civil engineering company on one of their tender projects at their offices in Swindon. This is an urgent requirement with works due to go onto January 2027.

Experience in document management, version control, document distribution, compliance and quality assurance and record keeping is essential.

You must have previous document controller experience and have used the following Project Platforms before InEight, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Sharepoint, CEMAR, Themis.
