G.A Group recherche un Contrôleur de Documents pour son bureau de Londres afin de participer à des méga projets dynamiques. Le candidat idéal possède une solide expérience en gestion documentaire dans les secteurs de l'architecture ou du design d'intérieur.
Document Controller (Full-time, permanent role)

A pivotal role in our project administration team, G.A are looking for a Document Controller to join our London studio, to work on two exciting and dynamic mega-projects.
The Document Controller will have a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience of collaborating closely with the internal and external project teams; the client Document Management teams, third party consultants and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Control the issuing and distribution of documents being received and submitted
• Check/verify documents prior to issue for accuracy and compliance
• Track and monitor document revisions, ensuring that the latest versions are easily accessible
• Maintain project registers, control logs and prepare reports as needed
• Develop and implement document control processes and procedures
• Maintain and update document control systems and databases
• Assist project teams with folder storage structures and access of project information
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper document distribution flow and timely delivery
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with document control policies
• Provide training and support to the teams on document control procedures
Abilities
• Excellent document control experience in an Architecture / Interior Design environment
• Strong knowledge of document control regulations, principles, practices, and standards
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Work well under pressure and to multiple strict timelines
• Work well independently as well as part of a team
Skills
• Experience in using Aconex document management software is essential for this role.
• Proficiency in other document management software such as INAXUS and /or other process-led document control systems is advantageous.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
