About the Role:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Document Controller / Construction Administrator to support a dynamic project team in Manchester. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless management of construction documentation and administrative processes, contributing to the successful delivery of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Management: Maintain and control the flow of all construction documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Organization Systems: Set up and maintain an organized document control system (both physical and digital).
Distribution & Tracking: Distribute project documentation to relevant parties, ensuring version control is maintained. Track the status of documents submitted for review and approval.
Administrative Support: Assist in coordinating various tasks, ensuring job-sites are clean, participating in forward planning, keeping a daily log of job site occurrences, and meticulously following all safety guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in document control or construction administration within the construction industry.Wikipedia

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
