We are a working with a growing main contractor based in Solihull, delivering high-quality construction projects across the Midlands. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Document Controller to join their head office team and support project delivery.
Document Controller Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the document control system for all live and archived project documentation.
Ensure that all documents are correctly filed, up to date, and distributed to relevant teams and stakeholders.
Support the project and site teams with document uploads, transmittals, and version control.
Document Controller Requirements
Previous experience in a similar Document Controller role, ideally within construction or engineering.
Strong knowledge of document management systems (such as Viewpoint, Asite, Aconex, or similar).
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Document Controller Benefits
Salary between 35,000 - 45,000 and addidtional benefits.
