This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a growing company specializing in aircraft engine asset management.

Job Title: Engine Records Manager

Location: UK Southeast; Full WFH considered UK-wide

Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours/week

Scope of Role

Reporting to the Chief Technical Officer, the Engine Records Manager will ensure the accuracy and completeness of technical records for customer and internal portfolios of Engines, APUs, and Thrust Reversers. Responsibilities include supporting records reviews for lease returns, pre-purchase inspections, and shop visit documentation.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Review compliance of Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins, ensuring correct status in record files.
2. Review technical records packages for asset pre-purchase, including Airframe, Landing Gear, Engines, and APUs.
3. Review technical records for Lease Redeliveries, compile open items lists, and coordinate with parties to resolve discrepancies.
4. Identify and resolve record deficiencies, liaising with customers to close open items.
5. Seek new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
6. Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Qualifications and Experience

Relevant experience in aviation technical records within engine leasing, airline, MRO, or consultancy organizations. Strong understanding of Back to Birth LLP trace regulatory requirements and the ability to perform Back to Birth trace reviews on LLPs, Engines, APUs, and Landing Gear. Knowledge of engine leasing requirements and lease agreement conditions.
