Job Title: Document Controller

Salary: 40k- 45k basic salary + healthcare, pension etc.

Company & Project:An award winning Top 50 Main Contractor operating across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire are currently looking to recruit an experienced and effective Document Controller to complement their pre-construction team and site delivery team on a flagship new project.

Duties & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take responsibility for inputting and managing incoming documents on data management systems to ensure accurate records of the project documents.
You will be expected to produce monthly reports/statements on document control status.
Ensure that all controlled copies of up to date documents are given to appropriate staff, suppliers and sub-contractors.

Desirable Experience:

• Extensive experience as a Document Controller on construction projects and understanding over Workflows.
• 5 years+ experience with main contractors.
• Expert user of 4Projects.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Previous Roles: Document Controller OR Site Administrator OR Office Manager

Qualifications & Skills: A-Level/GCSE required.
