Detroit Institute of Arts is seeking a Dock Worker to join our UK warehouse team, supporting movement and organisation of equipment across operations and ensuring accurate inventory handling.
The role will be based across Harlow and Hertford during the transition, with future primary base in Hertford, and occasional cross-location work.
You will read schedules, stage and load equipment, maintain a safe, clean warehouse, and collaborate with logistics and on-site teams to support daily workflow.

We are seeking a Dock Worker to join our UK warehouse team and support the efficient handling, movement, and organisation of equipment across our operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring equipment is correctly staged, processed, and distributed in line with operational requirements and company standards.
The Dock Worker is responsible for supporting the smooth flow of equipment in and out of the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory handling, safe movement of goods, and maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
The role will be based across our Harlow and Hertford sites during our transition period, as we relocate our UK operations to Hertford. From later this year, the role will be primarily based at our Hertford facility. The successful candidate must be willing and able to work across both locations during this transition.
