Job summary

4Wall Entertainment seeks a Dock Worker to join our UK warehouse team, supporting the movement, staging, and distribution of equipment for live events and productions. Based across our Harlow and Hertford sites during the transition, you’ll be responsible for loading and unloading vehicles, maintaining accurate inventory, and upholding health and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

A reliable, practical approach and good teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or manual roles is required.
• Attention to detail and an organised approach.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Follow instructions and work independently when needed.
• Strong communication and team spirit.
• Experience in live events or entertainment is desirable but not required.
• Capable of using inventory software for record keeping.
• Able to lift/move equipment up to 25 kg and stand for long periods.
• Willing to work overtime, evenings and weekends as required.
• Able to work across Harlow and Hertford during the transition.

Responsibilities

• Read schedules and work instructions to determine equipment needs.
• Stage, sort, and prepare equipment for loading and distribution.
• Load/unload vans and transport vehicles safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the asset system.
• Inspect and report damaged or missing equipment.
• Move equipment within the warehouse using handling equipment.
• Support stock control with cycle counts and stock takes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
• Assist with maintenance and operational tasks as needed.
• Support logistics and on-site teams, including rigging/de-rigging when required.
• Complete paperwork, records and timesheets accurately.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse and operations teams.
