Job summary

Eurofins Forensic Services (EFS) in Warrington is hiring a Client Services Administrator to support the DNA Laboratory’s daily operations. You will manage calls, respond to sample enquiries, prepare reports and enter data into the LIMS with accuracy, helping sustain tight TRTs and exceptional service for internal and external customers.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, demonstrate excellent communication and IT skills, and be committed to GLP

Qualifications

• Strong data-entry accuracy in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to generate daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Experience with LIMS/CLIMS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, accurate data entry that supports operations.
• Be the friendly, professional point of contact for customer queries—internal and external.
• Own the delivery of daily, weekly and monthly customer reports.
• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs.
