Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a meticulous Sample Registration Assistant to organise and register water samples in our IT system. You will sort deliveries, align paperwork, and ensure accurate, timely registration to meet testing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Sort through sample deliveries and arrange in time order for testing.
• Match paperwork to samples and register in IT system with accuracy.
• Communicate with internal teams or customers to clarify testing details.
• Troubleshoot registration issues and ensure proper labelling and storage.
• Ensure timely registration to meet testing time frames per quality procedures.
• Collaborate with team to meet demand and maintain turnaround times.
• Maintain aseptic conditions and high cleanliness in the lab.
• Keep training records up to date and adapt to tasks from other areas.
• Follow 5S and lean production principles and support continuous improvement.
