Job summary

Believe Housing Limited is seeking a DMC Technician to join our Major Repairs Team. The role focuses on delivering a high-quality, customer-oriented service while maintaining health and safety standards and value for money.

The successful candidate will work in a multi-skilled capacity, supporting the vision and goals of the Property Repairs Team, adhering to current legislation and Believe Housing policies, and contributing to a flagship service that is great and consistent.

• Demonstrate relevant trade skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality service.
• Ability to follow health and safety policies and statutory regulations.
• Customer-focused, flexible approach to repairs and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Undertake all aspects of repairs in a multi-skilled, agile manner.
• Adhere to Believe Housing standards and industry compliance to ensure quality.
• Effectively manage risks and health and safety in your area of responsibility.
• Act as first point of contact for damp, mould and condensation cases and escalate appropriately.
