Thames Water is seeking a DMA Performance Technician to own a patch of District Metered Areas, reducing leakage and improving the performance of our clean water network. This field-based role provides autonomy and the chance to make a tangible environmental impact, with 1–2 Bourne End office visits per week and a 38-hour week.
You will analyse data, engage with contractors and stakeholders, and help deliver reactive and long-term plans to enhance network health.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of a patch of District Metered Areas (DMAs), using data insights, field expertise and your problem‑solving skills you will maintain network health and deliver real environmental improvements.
This is a field‑based role offering variety, autonomy and the opportunity to make a tangible impact every day.
Location: Field based with access to our Bourne End office 1/2 times a week.
Hours: 12 month fixed term contract – 38 hours a week
