Thames Water is seeking a DMA Performance Technician to own and improve District Metered Areas. You will analyse flow, pressure and asset data to identify trends, and work with contractors to deliver safe, cost-effective repairs that enhance network health and reduce leakage.
This field-based role offers autonomy and variety, with Bourne End office access 1–2 days per week. The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract, 38 hours per week, with a competitive salary (£30,175–£45,000) and benefits

Join Thames Water as a DMA Performance Technician and play a vital role in creating healthy District Metered Areas (DMAs), through reducing leakage and enhancing the performance of our clean water network.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of a patch of District Metered Areas (DMAs), using data insights, field expertise and your problem-solving skills you will maintain network health and deliver real environmental improvements.
This is a field-based role offering variety, autonomy and the opportunity to make a tangible impact every day.
Field based with access to our Bourne End office 1/2 times a week.
