Thames Water is seeking a Planned Maintenance Optimisation Specialist for the Blockage Hotspot programme. This fixed-term, 12-month maternity cover role is hybrid based in Slough and involves coordinating surveys, cleaning, budgets, and contractor compliance.
You will build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work with Finance and Operations Data to optimise work packs and performance reporting.
Please note this is a fixed-term contract opportunity for a 12-month maternity cover.
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for owning all aspects of the Blockage Hotspot (BHS) programme. Ensuring that the correct programme is created, tendered, managed and delivered to budget. You will ensure that all costs and payments for the programme are tracked, delivered and signed off in line with current methodologies.
You will also be responsible for building excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders across finance, the field and our contractors. Ensuring that our contractors follow the correct Thames Water guidelines and ways of working for Health and Safety, reporting and behaviours.

Hybrid - Slough-9 Cambridge Avenue (WCSC)
36 hours Mon-Fri.
Monthly travel to sites across the Thames Water patch based on business requirements.
