A leading print management company, which delivers outstanding campaigns across the globe, has an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to work on the Direct Mail account of a renowned brand.

Role Responsibilities
  • Act as the lead contact for this major client, overseeing operations using the company’s internal system to ensure marketing materials meet pre-agreed SLAs.
  • Manage all aspects of job costing, requiring strong numeracy skills.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, as well as with production and sales departments, to ensure campaign objectives are achieved.
  • Balance workloads, prioritize tasks, and react to ad hoc changes in a demanding but rewarding environment.
Key Skills
  • Proven experience in Account Management with extensive knowledge of Print and DM, including an understanding of postage.
  • Understanding of the client’s target audience and suitable product formats to maximize client returns and business profit.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective workload management skills.
  • Experience in maintaining MIS, briefs, and schedules following Best Practice guidelines.
  • Ability to source print and negotiate directly with preferred suppliers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in working directly with clients at all levels.
  • Market knowledge to provide insights to customers when needed.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements benefiting both the client and the business.
