Job summary

Compare the Market is seeking a DLP specialist to lead the deployment, tuning and ongoing improvement of data loss prevention across the organisation. You will configure policies, drive data discovery and labelling, and work with Legal, Compliance and Privacy to ensure regulatory alignment.

The role requires hands-on experience with Netskope, Microsoft Purview, Wiz and Kiteworks, plus scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash/Regex).

Qualifications

• Experience administering Netskope in production.
• Proven track record implementing enterprise DLP solutions.
• Hands-on with DLP tech including Purview, Netskope, Wiz and Kiteworks.
• Experience in data discovery, classification and labelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead DLP deployment, maintenance and improvements across the organisation.
• Configure and optimize DLP policies, rules and alerts.
• Drive data discovery, classification and labelling initiatives.
• Integrate DLP with security environments and report on effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Privacy teams and vendors.
