Job summary

Armada Music in London is seeking a DJ Promoter to develop and execute global DJ promotion campaigns for our artists and releases. You’ll build relationships with DJs, managers, radio programmers and tastemakers worldwide, and collaborate with A&R, Operations and Marketing to maximise support and visibility.

You will manage weekly servicing campaigns, analyze results and expand Armada’s international network while representing the label at industry events.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in DJ promotion or music marketing.
• Established network of DJs, managers, radio programmers, promoters and tastemakers.
• Experience managing international campaigns and using promotion platforms.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and commercial awareness.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English; London-based or near.

Are you deeply connected to the global dance music scene and know how to get the right records into the hands of the right DJs? Do you combine a strong international network with a passion for electronic music and the ability to turn great releases into meaningful DJ, radio and tastemaker support? Then you might be the DJ Promotor we’re looking for.

Our DJ Promotor will be part of an international Promotion team and report to the Head of Promotions. You will develop and execute global DJ promotion campaigns for Armada Music’s artists and releases, working closely with A&R, A&R Operations and Marketing to maximise support, visibility and impact across the global dance music community.

What will you be doing?

• Develop and execute global DJ promotion campaigns for Armada’s priority releases.

• Build and maintain relationships with DJs, artist managers, radio programmers, promoters and tastemakers worldwide.

• Manage weekly DJ servicing campaigns, ensuring promotional assets are delivered accurately and on time.

• Collaborate with A&R, A&R Operations and Marketing to align promotion strategies with release plans.

• Drive DJ and radio support by identifying the right contacts and promotional opportunities for each release.

• Track campaign performance, collect DJ feedback and share actionable insights with internal teams.

• Expand Armada’s international network and identify emerging tastemakers, trends and new opportunities.

• Represent Armada at relevant conferences, festivals and industry events.

Who are we looking for?

• You have 3–5 years of experience in DJ promotion, music marketing, artist marketing or a similar role within the music industry.

• You are passionate about electronic music, understand global DJ culture and have an established network of DJs, managers, radio programmers, promoters and tastemakers.

• You have experience managing international campaigns and are familiar with DJ promotion platforms, servicing tools and promotional workflows.

• You combine strong communication and relationship-building skills with commercial awareness and an understanding of how DJ and radio support can drive artist development.

• You are proactive, organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• You are comfortable analysing campaign results and using data, feedback and industry trends to identify opportunities and improve performance.

• You are a collaborative team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• You currently live in or near London and are flexible to work changing hours when required.
