Qualifications

• Experience in family law, especially divorce and financial remedy in England and Wales.
• Ability to explain legal concepts clearly to customers.
• Excellent customer service and proactive case management.
• Proficiency with IT systems and technology; able to manage data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Help and guide customers through their divorce and financial remedy order by consent, providing information on the process and what the court are looking for when deciding on whether they can approve a financial order by consent.
• Follow the amicable divorce processes.
• Be responsible for ensuring outstanding customer service to support the progress of their separation and financial order in a timely manner.
• Ensure data integrity on all platforms and monitor input of customer data.
• Complete amicable documentation accurately for court filings.
• Take advice calls with potential customers and convert them into customers.
