Divisional Specification Manager, New Build- Central England
Base salary of up to circa £50K subject to skills and experience, plus sales bonus, company car and other benefits to be discussed on application.

Role Overview
We are looking for a driven sales professional who is an expert at working in the field to deliver the New Build sales strategy of the organisation over a targeted territory of East and West Midlands, Hertfordshire and part of Mid Wales. It’s a crucial role to gain specifications and conversions to drive sales growth and profitability within a targeted housebuilder, contractor, and merchant network whilst delighting customers and optimising our competitive position!
