SF Executive is partnered on a retained basis with a global contract services organization to appoint a Divisional Finance Director. Working alongside a Divisional Managing Director and reporting to the Group CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities for the organization’s largest and most aspirational division. Managing a large, diverse team across several locations and geographies, you will ensure the financial health and sustainability of the organization and support the division's high growth trajectory.

The Divisional Finance Director will serve as a key member of the organization’s leadership committee, driving initiatives in financial transformation and process optimization. Commercial business partnering will be a key element of the role, working across stakeholder groups to drive strategic financial decisions, resource allocation, and overall business performance enhancement.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA or equivalent) with proven experience as a senior finance leader. Excellent communication skills, a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, and a strong interest in transformation and technology are essential.
