Base pay range

• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Run month‑end and year‑end closes, delivering accurate, timely reports.
• Produce variance and cost analyses, turning data into clear recommendations.
• Manage cash‑flow forecasting and the full working‑capital cycle (AP, AR, cash).
• Lead group consolidations across multiple entities and monitor budget‑vs‑actuals.
• Guide junior team members (payroll, bookkeeping, transactional finance).
• Identify and implement process and system improvements.
• Support long‑term planning with robust models and forecasts.
• Safeguard compliance, internal controls and risk management.

What you’ll need:

• Strong track record in management accounting, consolidation and reporting.
• Sharp analytical skills and comfort with complex data sets.
• Confidence to refine systems and processes in a fast‑moving environment.
• Solid knowledge of financial systems and working‑capital management.
