A growing Investment management business that specialises in real estate are looking to welcome an Interim Financial Accountant into their team. This role sits within their Corporate Finance team, and they will be reporting into the FD.

This is the perfect opportunity for a newly qualified ACA / CA from an Audit background who is highly driven and wants to join a growing investment management and play a key part in their growth.

Your Role:

• Be responsible for assisting with the preparation of the monthly management accounts
• Financial year end accounting preparation
• Responsible for Balance sheet reconciliations & substantiation
• Month end process, journals
• Will be regularly managing and communicating with internal and external stakeholders

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Be a recently qualified accountant (ACA, CA, CANZ or Equivalent)
• Have at least 6 months post audit experience in Financial Accounting within a Financial Services firm.
• Be energetic and able to hit the ground running
• Must be proficient in Microsoft excel

**Hybrid working - 3 Days in, 2 from home - Inside IR35 role offered at £375 - £400 p/day. Expected to be 3-6 months**
