Job summary

Brayleys Cars is seeking a senior Divisional Sales Manager to support our Franchise Director across Nissan, Kia, Renault and Dacia brands and multiple dealerships. You will lead performance, develop teams, and embed consistent sales standards across a large division.

The role requires a proven track record in franchised automotive sales leadership, strong coaching ability, and strategic process management to maximise profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Senior sales leadership experience within franchised dealerships.
• Proven track record of improving sales performance through coaching and process management.
• Strong understanding of automotive KPIs, enquiries, conversions and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Support the Franchise Director in delivering the Division’s New and Used Vehicle sales strategy.
• Drive consistent sales processes across dealerships to improve enquiry management and conversions.
• Analyze KPIs to identify opportunities and implement action plans.
• Coach Sales Managers and Executives to achieve sustainable performance.
• Collaborate with manufacturer partners to maximise sales opportunities and performance.
• Drive volume, margin and stock turnover while ensuring customer journey standards.
• Ensure compliance with Group, manufacturer and FCA standards.
• Support digital retailing and lead generation initiatives across the Division.
