Job summary

Computershare is seeking a Dividend QA Specialist in Bristol on a hybrid basis. You will be based in the Bristol office for a minimum of three days per week, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. The role focuses on ensuring dividend payments are accurate and completed to schedule.

The ideal candidate will have QA experience and strong MS Excel skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work well within a team and across global groups.

Qualifications

• Experience in a QA role is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA on completed dividend payments.
• Sign off money movements, FX requests and DRIP Instructions per signing authority.
• Check and approve stock movements.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with team members and global teams.
• Support the Dividend Operations Manager with error metrics and process improvements.
