Are you passionate about driving meaningful change in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging? Do you have a proven track record of embedding DEI practices within a law firm or financial services organisation?

We are delighted to partner with a global law firm in their search for a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager to join their Sheffield office. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a fantastic opportunity to shape and deliver their global DEIB strategy across multiple regions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in DEI within legal, finance, or other LLP environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver impactful DEI strategies in an international context.
  • Strong analytical skills to leverage data in decision-making and demonstrate impact.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, with confidence in engaging and influencing senior leaders and global teams.
  • A solid understanding of how DEI aligns with learning, development, and HR policy frameworks.
