Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager - Global Law Firm | Up to £70k | London | Hybrid

We are partnering with a top-tier global law firm in their search for a passionate and strategic Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager to join their vibrant London office. This permanent, full-time role offers an opportunity to shape and lead their global DEIB agenda across regions, influencing culture and outcomes at all levels.

  • Integrated Approach: Understanding of how DEI intersects with learning, talent management, and HR policies for sustainable initiatives.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the firm's global DEIB strategy.
  • Partner with regional stakeholders to foster inclusive practices.
  • Use data to identify opportunities and report impact.
  • Develop training, campaigns, and ERG support.
  • Work with HR and business leaders to integrate DEI into recruitment, development, and retention.
