Job summary

Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Community Specialist Practitioner to lead and deliver high-quality nursing care in the community, including end-of-life and complex needs, working with the MDT and under the Nursing Team Leader.

You will hold CSP qualification, RGN, and a driving licence, provide mentorship, drive safety and quality, and help develop emerging talent within a supportive, patient-centred environment across a seven-day service.

Qualifications

• RGN with CSP qualification and current NMC registration.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Leadership, mentoring and staff development experience.
• Strong communication, teaching and IT skills.
• Experience in community nursing and end-of-life support.

The Community Nursing Service is a 7 day service with variable shift patterns available between 8am- 17.30 pm .
