Job summary

Nottingham City Council is seeking a proactive District Heating Business Intelligence Officer to turn complex data into actionable insights for better decisions and improved service delivery.

You will work with Enviroenergy, Finance and wider teams to identify trends, support debt reduction and drive performance improvements across the district heat network. Strong Excel skills and data storytelling are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualification or equivalent experience in data analysis, BI, finance or related discipline.
• Experience analysing and interpreting large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills for performance, billing and financial reports.
