Job summary

ng homes is seeking an experienced Heat Network & Energy Manager to co-ordinate the day-to-day management of district heating networks, communal heating systems, and future renewable energy projects. You will monitor performance, maintain compliance records, and communicate with tenants and stakeholders while ensuring robust data management and audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience of contract administration and contractor performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of health and safety in maintenance environments (CDM 2015, Legionella).
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and asset management systems.
• Ability to interpret technical information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance.
• Monitor contractor performance with KPIs and SLAs.
• Maintain compliance records and audit-ready data.
• Communicate with tenants and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and regulatory standards (Ofgem, RHI, Heat Trust).
