Job summary
Hemiko is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to drive development, construction, optimization, and growth of district heating assets. You will lead performance analysis, contract governance, and growth initiatives while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
The role emphasizes delivering value, negotiating customer connections, and producing KPI reports to support strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Blend of contract negotiation, commercial and financial assessment for energy infrastructure assets.
- Experience in financial accounting, reporting, budgeting and analysis and financial modelling.
Responsibilities
- Become principal senior point of contact for stakeholders and contracted customers.
- Collaborate to identify growth opportunities and develop expansion strategies for the district heating network.
- Ensure delivery and compliance with contracts and authorities, and oversee governance processes.
- Monitor asset performance and KPI reporting, and drive value creation plans for assets.
- Prepare regular reports to senior management with strategic recommendations.
