Job summary
Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting District Nurses to join our District Nursing Teams across Liverpool Place. You will work within a community health team to deliver high-quality nursing care in patients' homes and community settings.
You will collaborate with GPs and other health and social care professionals, uphold policies and procedures, and provide clinical leadership. Flexible working requests will be considered to support your work-life balance and patient care.
Qualifications
- Registered nurse (adult)
- District Nursing experience desirable
- Flexible working requests considered
Responsibilities
- Meet the needs of patients in their own homes and community settings.
- Provide competent and skilled nursing care and advice to patients.
- Work collaboratively as part of a community health team and support policy/procedure delivery.
