Job summary

Sungrow UK is seeking a Distribution Marketing Specialist to bridge Distribution Sales and Marketing for the UK & Ireland. You will shape the annual marketing plan and drive campaigns across digital, content and offline channels to raise brand awareness and support distribution sales, while building strong partner relationships.

The role requires 3-5 years of B2B marketing, budget management, and experience running multi-channel campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, including independently leading marketing activities for a local market.
• Ability to develop and implement local marketing strategies with minimal supervision.
• Proven experience planning and running multi-channel campaigns and events.
• Confident in managing marketing budgets, suppliers and external agencies.
• Organised project management with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Fluent English (C1 or above), valid driving licence, willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the annual distribution marketing plan for the UK & Ireland, aligned with the Region South strategy and business goals.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, content and offline channels to boost brand awareness and support distribution sales.
• Build relationships with distributors, installers and partners through co-marketing initiatives, joint campaigns and training.
• Organise trade shows, installer training sessions and Sungrow events in line with branding guidelines.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and campaign performance; share insights with the Marketing Team Leader.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management and Service teams while ensuring GDPR and internal processes are followed.

• Partner with Sales, Product Management and Service teams while keeping all activities compliant with GDPR and our internal legal and budget processes.

• You are an organised project manager who keeps multiple priorities on track.
• You communicate fluently in English (C1 or above), hold a valid driving licence, and are happy to travel across the UK & Ireland. Experience working with distributors, partners or installers is a plus.
