Job summary

Sungrow UK is seeking a Distribution Marketing Specialist to bridge our Distribution Sales and Marketing teams. Based in the UK, you will shape the annual distribution marketing plan for the UK & Ireland and drive integrated campaigns across digital, content and offline channels.

You will build strong relationships with distributors, installers and partners, organise trade shows and training, track market trends, and collaborate with Sales, Product Management and Service teams while ensuring

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience.
• Ability to develop local marketing strategies with minimal supervision.
• Proven track record planning multi-channel campaigns and events.
• Experience managing budgets, suppliers and agencies.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Fluent English (C1+), valid driving licence, willingness to travel UK & Ireland.

Hello and a warm welcome to Sungrow UK! We're thrilled to introduce a role that bridges our Distribution Sales and Marketing teams, the Distribution Marketing Specialist - UK & Ireland.

• Shape and deliver the annual distribution marketing plan for the UK & Ireland, aligned with our Region South strategy and business goals.
• Bring integrated campaigns to life across digital, content and offline channels to boost brand awareness and support distribution sales.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, installers and partners through co-marketing initiatives, joint campaigns and training activities.
• Organise trade shows, installer training sessions and Sungrow events in line with Power Connect and Power Sharing branding guidelines.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and campaign performance, and share insights and recommendations with the Marketing Team Leader.
• Partner with Sales, Product Management and Service teams while keeping all activities compliant with GDPR and our internal legal and budget processes.

Your profile

• You bring 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, including independently leading marketing activities for a local market.
• You can develop and implement local marketing strategies with minimal supervision and take ownership from day one.
• You have proven experience planning and running multi-channel campaigns and events.
• You are confident managing marketing budgets, suppliers and external agencies.
• You are an organised project manager who keeps multiple priorities on track.
• You communicate fluently in English (C1 or above), hold a valid driving licence, and are happy to travel across the UK & Ireland. Experience working with distributors, partners or installers is a plus.
