Almac Group is seeking a Distribution Associate to support the despatch and distribution of orders from Craigavon or Dundalk. The role involves preparing shipping documents and ensuring shipments are tracked and traced, with a focus on GMP compliance.

You will work in a busy office environment within the Clinical Services unit. Eligibility to work in the UK is required, along with GCSEs in Maths and English.

Qualifications

• Teamwork and communication skills are essential for coordinating with internal teams.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) are required.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify distribution orders shipped from Craigavon or Dundalk facilities.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation for despatch and distribution processes.
• Conduct post-despatch follow-up including tracking and tracing shipments.
• Adhere to GMP requirements at all times.
