Job summary

Warburtons is seeking a part-time Distribution Coordinator at Tuscany Park, Wakefield, to manage rosters and vehicle allocations while maintaining data accuracy in the Fleet Management System. This role supports the Distribution team with admin tasks and coordinating with external providers.

You will contribute to training activities and ensure compliance reporting for site leadership, in a busy FMCG distribution environment. This is a 20-hour-per-week role with a stable part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Confident using SAP, fleet systems, and document management tools.
• Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
• A self-starter who can prioritise and manage their own workload.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Operator Licence Awareness trained, with knowledge of compliance obligations.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage rota schedules for all teams.
• Coordinate vehicle availability and route allocations.
• Maintain our Fleet Management System and ensure driver data is accurate and compliant.
• Support training and development activities across the Distribution team.
• Build strong relationships with external providers.
• Provide admin and coordination support to the wider Distribution team.
• Compile compliance reports for the site’s leadership team.

About Us

Our Tuscany Park “super bakery” and distribution depot opened in 2005 and can be found on the outskirts of Normanton at Wakefield Europort. The bakery runs 3 high speed, highly automated manufacturing plants producing products like the famous Toastie, Farmhouse, Danish and Wholemeal and sliced bread rolls.

We have around 500 colleagues at Tuscany Park and 70 colleagues in our Howden depot, who ensure our delicious freshly baked products reach our customers across the UK each day. With some exciting innovation and investment, we’re still growing!
