Distribution Centre Manager

As a Distribution Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall management, performance, and safety of the depot. This includes overseeing daily operations, managing teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting KPIs, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. You'll drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize processes to achieve operational excellence.

Your role as Distribution Centre Manager

• Lead cultural transformation towards operational excellence using continuous improvement/lean methodologies, focusing on eliminating waste while ensuring safety, service, cost efficiency, and environmental sustainability.
• Implement changes to foster a safety-first and improvement-driven distribution culture at all levels.
• Ensure on-time and in-full delivery targets are consistently met.
• Enhance employee engagement across the site.
• Manage the site P&L and budget, fully mitigating risks and seizing opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain confidence and connectivity in service delivery.
• Ensure statutory compliance and governance, including adherence to O-licence requirements.
