As a Distribution Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall management, performance, and safety of the depot. This includes overseeing daily operations, managing teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting KPIs, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize processes to achieve operational excellence.

Your role as Distribution Centre Manager:

• Responsible for adopting a cultural transformation towards operational excellence using continuous improvement and lean methodologies, focusing on eliminating loss while ensuring safety, service, cost efficiency, and environmental standards.
• Implement change to foster a distribution culture emphasizing safety and continuous improvement at all operational levels.
• Ensure targets for on-time and in-full deliveries are exceeded.
• Lead efforts to improve employee engagement across the site.
• Manage the site P&L and budget, fully mitigating risks and capitalizing on opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain confidence and connectivity in service provision.
• Ensure statutory compliance and governance, including maintaining O licence standards.
