Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Business Centre Manager for our Brighton location. This full-time, on-site role involves working with a customer service assistant to be the face of our business centre, responsible for driving occupancy and ensuring smooth daily operations of our serviced offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Promote the business locally, prospect new clients, and build strong community relationships.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
  • Facility Management: Oversee maintenance and upkeep, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Manage one staff member and coordinate with contractors such as cleaners.
  • Marketing: Implement local marketing strategies and engage in business networking to attract and retain clients.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience: Management experience in workspace, hospitality, property, or retail sectors is advantageous. Candidates with supporting roles and readiness for promotion are welcome.
