As a Distribution Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall management, performance, and safety of the depot. This includes overseeing daily operations, managing teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, KPIs, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. You'll drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize processes to achieve operational excellence.

Your role as Distribution Centre Manager

• Responsible for the adoption of cultural transformation towards operational excellence, focusing on safety and continuous improvement/lean methodologies to eliminate waste while delivering Safety, Service, Cost, and Environmental goals.
• Implement cultural change within the distribution operation, prioritizing safety and continuous improvement at all levels.
• Ensure on-time and in-full delivery targets are exceeded.
• Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement across the site.
• Manage the site P&L and budget, ensuring risks are mitigated and opportunities seized.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain confidence in service delivery.
• Ensure statutory compliance and governance, including maintaining O licence standards.
