As a Distribution Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall management, performance, and safety of the depot. This includes overseeing daily operations, managing teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting KPIs, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize processes to achieve operational excellence.

Your role as Distribution Centre Manager involves:

• Leading cultural transformation towards operational excellence using continuous improvement and lean methodologies, focusing on safety, service, cost, and environmental sustainability.
• Implementing change to foster a safety-first and improvement-oriented distribution culture.
• Ensuring on-time and in-full delivery targets are met.
• Enhancing employee engagement across the site.
• Managing the site P&L and budget, mitigating risks, and capitalizing on opportunities.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure confidence and connectivity in service delivery.
• Maintaining statutory compliance and governance, including adherence to O licence regulations.
